| Old Yankee Stadium was one of the most historic ballparks in the history of baseball. Many baseball fans were sad to see it go in 2008 when it was demolished. However, New Yankee Stadium is state of the art and many will tell you every bit as good as nearby Citi Field, home of the New York Mets.
